About syphilis, test and kiss

Dear doctors, I had a syphilis test 28 days later after my last oral sexual with a woman, who is working at entertainment place. The result is negative. But I am confused that whether I did the test durning the enough time. Somebody tells that it should be excluded only after 6 weeks.
Another problem is that, at that night when I had test, I meet the woman again, and we kissed at least five times, 2-3 seconds each time, but tongue to tongue once. Is there any chance for me to be inflect any illness?
I am very hate myself and very worried. Appreciate your help.

Thanks,Vance. In the four weeks test, I both did TPHA and RPR, which both negative. Can I close my worry?

Syphilis is  a very low risk from oral sex. And kissing it is really unheard of. Testing at 6 weeks is conclusive.
