The overall tone of your message says that you already know my responses; and since you have read the other posts you describe, I won't elaborate.  To cut to your specific questions:

1) You're right.  1a) Do not have a PCR test.

2) Presumably you recognized the logical inconsistency in your question:  If the risk was zero, there cannot be any risk, even "remote".  "Zero" is more accurate, and there is no need for testing.

3) Yes indeed, it is unreasonable to believe your symptoms might be ARS, which does nott cause post-nasal drip.  (Ever. Period.)
