Accuracy of Results

Hello,
I am a male. I recently got tested for all STDs after a possible exposure 8 weeks ago during my bachelor party. Of course I was stupid. I did below tests:
So I got tested for following:
HIV-1 and HIV-2 Antibodies - Negative
HIV-1 Qualitative RNA - Negative
Hep A AB IgM - Negative
Hep B Core AB IgM - Negative
Hep C AB - Negative
RPR Qualitative - Negative
HSV-1 Type Specific IgG - Positive High 31.80
HSV-2 Type Specific IgG - Negative
Chlamydia/Gonorrhea Urine (This is still pending)

Question:
What is the accuracy of all the tests after 8 weeks?

Second Problem:
Since one week, I am having Dry mouth even after drinking lot of water. My tongue is white and taste very bad. Something bothers me in mouth. I do not know if that is burning or itching or tingling. This was the reason I got tested.

Questions:
Is this symptom related to any STDs?
Is it possible that I am still in a window period for any of those tests I mentioned above?

Please Help. Thank you.
