Advice on what shall i do

Hi ,

for the past 6 month i have been having problems with my penis. I had once an un safe sex and i got a bacterial infection called gonorrhea. I got the proper medication and everything was fine.

I started getting a clear sticky discharge from th penis  when squeezing with erection or without. I also feel the underwear is watery when i wake up. And also see some cloudy signs on the underwear when i wear a black one. So i think even when i sleep i get this discharge and i do feel a burn while urinating

I went to a doc 3 months back and did a blood test and urine test. The blood was good and the urine had some bacteria. i took some medication(antibiotics) and assumed everything was fine.

I did another urine test 3 weeks ago and i got bacterial infection again (and on the report said something like many).

I took another 2 weeks course of antibiotic called ciprobay 500. After the course got over with i went again and did a urine test the doc said its good now just keep drinking water. But i still get the discharge and i also get a burn is the urine sometimes.

I don't know if its related but sometimes when i urinate, sperms get out when i squeeze on my self.

Please advice on what shall i do!! Honestly its killing me to keep thinking about it because doctors are saying i am fine but i feel that i am not.

really nothing we can add. you've been  under the care of a medical provider and have had std testing.  

if you don't think your provider is doing an adequate job, seek out a 2nd opinion from a different urologist elsewhere.

Hey Jessy,

Since this issue started i didn't have any kind of relationship. its been since feb 2010.

And after i have been treated i didn't a complete blood test and all results were good. White blood cell were great and nothin to be scared about as the doctor mention.

About the discharge some doctors said it s a normal thing but common sense i don't understand its normal.

beside the discharge i have burn in the urine and i took a course of antibiotics and the burn is still coming.

Okay first and formoremost, stuff WILL come out of your penis when you squeeze it or milk it like you do.   Stop milking it.   That's what happens when you milk it!

Second you don't mention sex or what your doing outside of the clinic.   Maybe your partner (who is your regular partner keeps re-infecting you?) or you keep getting re-infected, maybe?

After beging treated for gonorrhea, you say everything was fine, but I hope they tested you again for it.  

Best thing to do is wait one month after your last medication was taken (and no sex), then go to a clinic and get tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, ureaplasma, mycoplasma and ngu.
