Afraid I have a STD

I am worried I might have an STD. I am an Asian Male age 25. Living in China.

About a month ago I had unprotected oral sex with a women. She gave me oral and I licked her anus and vigina. We showered first. We had sex but I used a condom during.

Recently, during this last week, I have been getting rashes and blisters.

(Blister on middle of my upper lip, maybe due to dry climate but not sure)

These rashes are not painful at all but are itchy sometimes. They started appearing on my belly but on inner thighs and recently on the back of my shoulders and my sides. I do NOT have any of these rashes on my penis or my testicles. They started as small red itchy bumps that started to spread after scratched.

The blisters on my lip occurred on the middle of my upper and lower lips. However these blisters COULD be due to driness.

I randomly get soreness on my tongue. The inflamation is not very visible but has soreness. I only know they are there because I can feel them. This soreness occur on the side of my tongue or sometimes in the form of an inflamed taste bud.

If you cannot see these pictures for whatever reason, I will gladly email them to you.

Sorry, I do not look at clinical photos, either on line or by email.  To me it comes too close to making a specific diagnosis, i.e. practicing medicine from a distance, which I will not do.  Some med help moderators do so, including Dr. Rockoff in the dermatology forum.

Oral blisters certainly could be herpes (which you could have acquired either by kissing or performing oral sex on your partneer a month ago; or somewhere else, nonsexually; or perhaps years ago.  However, just feeling you 'might' have blisters, ie soreness without visible inflammation, does not count.  So I very much doubt you have oral herpes. In general, oral sex is very low risk for all STDs.

The rash on your abdomen and elsewhere almost certainly is not herpes or any other STD.  The way to know, though, is to see a health care provider and don't try to solve things from a distance, whether on line or any other way.

Best wishes--- HHH, MD

I have had no fatigue or diahhrea or vomitting this past month.

I had the above symptoms 3 months ago, when I engaged in the same activity, but without the rashes or blisters. The symptoms lasted 2-3 days.

Makes no difference in my response.

No continuing discussion; I responded to this one only because you posted it before my reply.
