All Tests Negative

I am hoping someone can help me out here.
I started havin signs of a yeast infection three weeks ago. I also felt like i had the flu and went to urgent care. They gave me medications and I am better now. then I started to feel like i couldnt breath and went to urgent care again, and was diagnosed with costogongitis (inflimation of the cartilage in my rib cage) that is also gone now. (I dont know if these problems effect my "yeast infection" at all.
I then decided to go to Urgent Care for my "yeast infection" I had tried a three day monistat regimine and it did not work. I then tried the one week supplement and it helped, but then i slept with my partner and it irritated it and came back.Ive also tried the yogurt up my crotch method, and siting in a tub of water and apple cider viniger. NOT HELPFUL.
I got tested for Clamidia, Herpies (herpes), Gonorea, Yest infection, triick, and vagenious(?) and all results were negative!
They gave me fluconazole (a pill that lasts 5 days in your system) and a 3 night cream treatment to cure a yeast infection before my results came back. Its been 3 days, and Im still itching.

the guy who did my tests was a student doctor and hadnt ever done a gyno exam before, but their was a female doctor with him, watching, and helping.

Any ideas what could be wrong with me?

also - i have been with the same man for over 5 years, so im not so concerned about an STD.

oh, and i am 23. dont know if you need to know that or not. Rest of helth is fine.

I'm sure all your antibiotics aren't helping, as those can cause yeast infections.  I'd also wonder if you overtreated the yeast and now have bacterial vaginosis.  You should call the urgent care and ask if you were tested for that.

I was tested for vaginosis.
Its actually feeling like its almost gone.
but not completely
and i fear it will come back in 3 days again.
I cant afford a doctor again (as you see I have been 3 times in the last 3 weeks - no helth care insurance)

On Monday, call the health dept and ask what services they offer for those who have no insurance.  Also, call the urgent care and ask what billing plans/services they can offer you - you might qualify for free or reduced cost care.

Ok, so i went back, got all the tests done again.
everything negative again.
but I had the nasty white chunk things that you get with a yeast infection,
is it possible to have an infection just on the labia and clitoris?

Yes, but you would also most likely have in inside too.  Could that just be toilet paper?

I dont think so.

i have a obgyn apt. December 17th.
hopefully they will figure me out!
Ill let you know if its something wierd, so you can find out and tell anyone else who may have my problem.
maybe just an allergic reaction to something!
