Am I at risk for any of these sexual acts??

Yesterday I met up with my ex and we ended up having mutual oral sex. When I was giving him oral I didnt have any cuts in my mouth, but now im concerned because I woas eating an orange in the acid from it made a little part of my gums burn. He didnt ejaculate in my mouth, but I believe a very small amount of precum came out and I swallowed it. He did not penetrate me or anything but I am just concerned with my sexual health because I am a paranoid health freak. Also another thing, I was rubbing his penis and his balls yesterday and this morning I awoke with some skin peeling of the hand. Could this be something I need to look into?? what is my risk??

Oral sex is safe sex -- the overall risk of all STDs is low and most STD prevention experts don't recommend condoms or other barriers for oral sex. The risk is zero for some STDs and low for all. Eating an orange would have any effect on risk. Hand-genital contact is totally free of any risk. All things considered, I see no reason for concern and don't recommend testing. But of course you are free to see a doctor or clinic for exam and testing (e.g. an oral swab for gonorrhea) if you remain concerned.
