tnx for the quick comment- i gues ur ryte but cold someone could just give there opinion about my question- i know that only a doctor can advise certain medication but what i posted here is knowing doctors comments about amoxicilin and can a gonorrhea be a dormant. tnx
The test for chlyamidia and gonorrhea are really easy - you just have to pee in a cup. The reason why you can't self-medicate with STDs is because only a test will determine what you really have, and some antibiotics work for some STDs and do nothing for others. 3g of amoxicillin combined with 1g of probenecid USED to be an effective treatment for gonorrhea, but not anymore. Many cases are resistant to this treatment, so other antibiotics are now used. We're talking about your bits-and-pieces, why risk permenant damage? Go get tested and treated properly. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Every sexually-active person should be tested once or twice a year. I get screened every time I go for a check-up. If you don't want to go to your primary doctor, there are STD clinics in every county where you can be tested for free (or little cost), and sometimes get the results and treatment the same day.
You need to see a Dr and get tested.
Someone can have a STD and not know it because it does not have to produce symptoms.
Best of luck..
