Anal blister

A week ago I had sexual contact with another man I do not know. We kissed, engaged in oral sex (unprotected but before ejaculation) and he rimmed me. We ended with masturbation.

Now I have developed what appears to be a blister on my right buttock along with reddish inflammation around it. Further down from that I also have a few (2-3) zits. I'm scared I have herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis, or any combination of STDs.

What could this be a symptom of?

Probably not.

Good luck at the doctor.

The reddish inflammation from last night is down considerably and the zits are not as red or as hard and defined as last night. I'm seeing my dermatologist tomorrow but would herpes start to break up that fast?

It could be herpes, but it could also be staph, an allergic reaction, etc.  You should get this checked out promptly, and ask the doctor to do a type specific herpes culture and a culture for staph.
