Anti-biotics

Is it possible to get infected with the likes clamydia (chlamydia) & gonnorhea (Gonorrhea) if you had anti-biotics (Doxy) in your system at the time of sex? could the bacteria still get thru that barrier?

No.  Definitely having doxycycline on board would protect against chlamydia and almost certainly gonorrhea as well.  Some gonorrhea strains are not fully susceptible to doxy, but even those generally would be inhibited. However, there would be no protection against viral STDs (herpes, HPV, HIV, etc).  And for women the risk of certain genital infections (yeast, bacterial vaginosis) is increased by antibiotics.
