Antibody for Syphilis

I have been tested urine PCR and blood test after 2weeks exposure, my PCR result is syphilis but blood test(RPR) is negative. I know window period(2weeks~12weeks)for syphilis.
Of course, I hope to false positive.
I don’t know whether girl infected syphilis or not. But she told me that she never felt syphilis symptom.
I have read many post in here, urine PCR for syphilis is waste.

I know that people infected syphilis’s antibody is always positive for a few weeks or in all life.
If I have an injection of Penicillin to prevent syphilis in now, VDRL, RPR, TPLA and FTA-IBS IgG is negative in all my life? or else TPLA, FTA-IBS IgG is positive?
If the former is right, how to confirm whether infected or not after injection of Penicillin.
Blood PCR is possible to confirm?

In my case, this is important to obtain job in our country because person of TPLA, FTA-IBS IgG positive can not obtain job. And I wonder usefulness Blood PCR,

Thank you for answer in advance. Please help me.
I never felt that my life was in peril except for now.

Thank u for answer.
I know that blood test is the besy way to diagnose.
Urine pcr test can be diagnosed false positive or false negative(urine not included treponema bacteria).

My question is as follow:
Before seroconversion, If Penicillin was injected, seroconversion not occur?

Blood test is the way to go not urine as you look for the antibodies and if really positive you should be positive for a while, but I doubt you have/had syphilis.
