Anxiety, OCD and anon sex are a recipe for disaster

I have spent hours reading through similar threads but my OCD and anxiety make it impossible to "move on" unless you can answer my question as a result of my specific situation. I thank you in advance and appreciate it, here is my story....
On friday I received an anon hanjob from a male (I am a male) standing up in a dark theatre. He would use not only the same hand on me that he would use to masturbate on himself but at one point both his hands were on the shaft of my penis and my testicles at the same time after using them both on himself. In addition he would rub my tummy, chest, nipples, butt and anus with the same hand he would use on himself while using the other hand to masturbate me. Near the end I ended up kissing him and the head of his penis was touching my thigh, except for that I never touched his penis or any other part of him. I know HIV is unlikely, but if he had crabs could 1. they have been transfered by his hands to my genitals? or 2. could they have crawled down his shaft to the head of his penis and then on to my thigh? I am not a bear but I have hairy legs. What about the same two questions regarding herpes or risk of any other STD? I got so freaked out I splashed water on my genitals and anus in the bathroom right after and pee'ed a little bit. In addition when I got home I shaved my genital area and some of my anal area, could I have 3. exasberated the situation by doing this for risks of getting any STD's? Please help me stop my panic attacks, they are becoming paralyzing. THANK YOU.

Thanks a lot, I guess I am one big mess. Reading it back getting this crazy over a handjob I can't imagine if I actually had sex.....you'd have to talk me off the ledge.
Thanks for the reassurance.

Much ado about nothing.

I think seeing a therapist would be beneficial for you to get at the root of your anxiety. It is possible it has more to do with conflict over your sexuality than your OCD.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I don't have any other symptoms except a little nausea. Like I said no pain in my flank (rightside) but just a tightness.

Sorry to bother you, but my incident happened friday the ninth of october.
This morning I had a shooting bad pain in my flank area. It seems fine now, but
could it be the result of an STD from the handjob/mutual masturbation I received?
My dad had kidney stones, but I am freaking out thinkin it might be from my encounter.
Please help.

The source of infection for pubic lice is intimate contact with an infected person. Therefore, pubic lice are often transmitted during sex.

Since transmission occurs during intimate contact, actual sexual intercourse is not necessary for the spread of pubic lice.

Pubic lice can also be transmitted by contact with contaminated belongings such as towels, bed sheets, or clothing.

Crabs are transmitted through any intimate contact. Lice do not jump or fly, so actual contact is necessary for transmission. An individual may acquire an infection by sharing bedding or towels.

i  did and there is so much conflicting info, is there a colleague or someone u can confir with? I would be sooo thankful. You've managed to calm me down regarding std's i can't get a handle on the risk of crabs in real life situations like mine or clinical situations that std doctors might come across

I asume that by STD you mean the crabs possibility as well? Again I am sorry but my heightened anxiety is for the safety of my family.

You had no risk for a STD.

I suggest you see a therapist.
