Are the sights of HIV or any other stds???

Ok do I've been worrying about a possible infection. A little bit over a month ago I had a risky encounter during a threesome. It was gay sex and I only interacted with one of the guys. I gave and received oral from him and also tried intercourse with him twice. Both times for some reason I couldn't get hard enough to penetrate so I took of the condom both times and tried again bare. Still didn't penetrate but we made contact. He also performed anal sex on me protected but It didn't last long at all since there was not enough lube used and it was uncomfortable. I ended up having a burning feeling in my anus days after that lasted for about a week but has now gone away (i think it was an anal fissure) .About two weeks ago I started experiencing tingling in my feet and legs that over time progressed to my hands and arms. Also the sensation that they have fallen asleep. I can recall on two nights before going to bed I felt chills in my body as well. I also occasionally feel this burning in the back of my neck. I've really been panicking and don't no what's going on. Do these symptoms Mach up with hiv or any other stds? Has anyone else experienced this? I was planning on getting tested this week but its only been over a month since that exposure (nov 27). How accurate will tests be??
