Are there ANY?

Are there any stds that dont cause discharges or pain when urinating, (in either parties) but still cause alot of joint pain?

        True, Joint pain has never been associated with std's, thus if you have joint pain you should not be associating it to think STD.  Some sources do mention joint pain,as a symptom as well as lower back pain (and that's the internet for you).  It might be all in your head, you've probably had joint pain before, but because you read it as a symptom you now noticed it, and probably you'll now probably think how lower back pain is there too.  The mind is a powerful thing.  After treatment and time you'll start to feel better.  

Just so you know, I had joint pain and lower back pain, but after I was simply told (2 months later for second tests) that I was negative for STDs, thse symptoms went away.

strange i just got a yeast infection for the first time and after being my doctor gave me cipro and during the treatment I started to get joint pain..... I never had this before

no joint pain is not a STD symptom. But you can have a STD without symptoms.
