At risk?

So I had unprotected sex with a woman whom I don't know very well. I asked her about her testing status, and she said she got a clean bill a couple of weeks prior, but who can you really trust? So I've been freaking out for an entire month: looking up stds and symptoms, trying to milk for discharge, tracking urinary patterns and sensations, etc.

Well, on the morning of day 29 after (possible) exposure, with no other symptoms, I got a little bit of white liquid out of the head. Same on day 30. Not the consistency of seminal fluid. No burning or discomfort. I went to a doctor's office and asked for some testing to be done, and they opted for chlamydia/gonorrhea urinalysis and a quick dipstick in the meantime. Dipstick was completely normal, though I did urinate ~1h40min before, first catch and all that.

After all of that, if the chlamydia/gonorrhea tests are negative, I'm wondering if I should get tested for trichomoniasis. I read it's the most prevalent curable std and the least symptomatic, though discharge is a possible symptom. I've heard dipstick tells you whether something's wrong, and other testing tells you what. And I've heard if you check yourself by squeezing your urethra too much, you can irritate it and discharge can occur.

So really: psychosomatic, or real? Should the dipstick actually be taken seriously? Should I go to a hardcore science lab and get NAATesting for trich? Thanks for reading.
