Awaiting test results

I had unprotected oral sex (give and receive) with another man on Oct 15.  On about Nov 2 I began to experience a burning sensation during urination.  On Nov 5 I began taking 400mg of Avelox for an unrelated problem.  I was tested on Nov 6 for gonorrhea and chlamydia.  My prescription was changed to Zithromax on Nov 6 and I started the 5 day dose that evening.  Late on Nov 9 I was informed that I didn't leave enough of a specimen for them to complete the test.   I finished the 5 day course of Zithro on the morning of Nov 10.  I then found that the preferred treatment would be to take 1 to 2 gs of Zithro at once depending on the specific STD.   I refilled my prescription and took the whole 1.5 grams of Zithro at once at about 8:30 that evening.  A few hours later I began to have a lot of diarrhea.  I was retested on Nov 11 and am awaiting results.  My question is would the medicine I have taken cure these stds?  I am still experiencing symptoms but then I am in my late 50s with a history of prostate trouble.

Yes the medicaine should cure them
