Balanoposthitis

About two months ago, I was suffering from what seemed like Balanoposthitis. The foreskin was not retracting, there was inflammation of glans and I also had rashes on glans. There used to be burning sensation at times while urinating and teasing pain along with feeling of weakness from time to time.

I applied clotrimazole for a few days and it seemed like it cured. But the foreskin seemed to be thinner than earlier. Also the pain and feeling of weakness continued. Though I have also taken antibiotics (Cap Doxy) for abt 10 days, the problem is not gone completely.

While masterbating I get a thick glue like discharge from my penis, before the pre-cum. The pre-cum which used to get discharged even when I was a li'l bit excited is not discharged until just before ejaculation. I feel some pain and irritation before ejaculation also. I can see the same sticky substance in my semen as well. the quantity of the semen has also reduced a bit.

I have also got a semen analysis done and that shows that have an abnormal quantity of pus cells in my semen.

Please help in diagnosis of my problem and suggest what should be the corrective action?

I am married and have been sexually active before this problem occured. She also got some urinary infection almost at the same time as me. So we do not know who the source was, me or her. Have been masterbating just to check if the problem is gone or still there. If you have any clue, then do let me know.
