Ball of something in my penis

Dearest Doctor
A week ago i noticed a small pimple sort of thing on the stick on my penis, and i just ignore it, as the days passed, this pimple kept growing and growing, and now its pretty darn big, and its a single thing, the only one. I troed popping it as a zit, bit only a little pus came out ans some blood, and its too big to squeeze out
What might it be? a big pimple or something else that i should worry about?
