Although I don't like to
compete with diagnoses made by other doctors in person, your description doesn't sound typical for warts; I have never seen a case with so many small HPV lesions. Warts are irregularly distributed (spotty), not so uniform that every place you look is involved. I suggest you get a second opinion, perhaps by a dermatologist; or by a gynecologist if your doctor isn't one.
If indeed the lesions are warts, I would be inclined to treat with
imiquimodImiquimod topical (
Aldara).
Good luck-- HHH, MD
If you do not think it is indeed warts what else could it be?I could try and take a picture and post it back on here but I am not sure if that is allowed.
Thank you so much.
Thanks for the thanks. You're welcome.
