Big bump on the shaft of the penis

I noticed a bump on my penis. It is very evident, you can see it and feel it with the fingers. It is blown up somehow. It is itchy. Doesn't break off or doesn't really hurt. It is just uncomfortable but also I am worry what this may be. Few days later there was one more bump that appeared toward the base of the shaft. Looks like they are clearing out but I still don't know what they are.
I am uncut and these are on the foreskin, not really on the penis.

could be genital warts which can appear months after sex. if it's still there please have a doc take a look at it.
