Black dot on penis.

Hello everyone i have a small question. I recently noticed that on the head of my penis a small lump/pimple had grown. A day went by, and the lump/pimple was gone, but leaving a black dot where it was. The small black dot is so small that i can nearly see it. I have not noticed any discharge, or any discomfort that would signal to an STD, however i am still worried, the dot is still there, but it is almost gone. I asked the last person i had sex with if they had any std, and his answer was NO, he claimed to have always been save and has asked his partners for there std status. So what should i do??? should i  be worried??? Should i test for stds?

You should see a Dr for an exam.
If you have unprotected sex then yes get tested or if you have never been tested then test. But this does not sound like a STD.
