If you really have blisters (bumps filled with clear fluid) scattered around your body as you describe, you might have had a systemic viral infection like hand foot and mouth disease, or other viral infection; or any number of potentially serious dermagologic conditions. Since the problem seems to be continuing, you should see a health care provider promptly. True blisters on the penis of course raise the possibilty of genital herpes, but that wouldn't cause the lesions elsewhere. In view of your sexual history, a new case of genital herpes seems unlikely. Certainly no other STD is responsible. Beyond those comments, I cannot speculate. You need to see a provider directly, preferably a dermatologist.
