Boils on Penis with sorethroat and feeling of weakness

Hi,
I have a boil on penis from last days and accompanied by sorethroat and feeling of weakness. Sore throat goes on worsening and now i m on medication for it but the boil on penis is getting dryer. It seems like an infection as i had read in other forums after unprotected sex but not sure what it is in my case. What do i need to do to check and inspect what kind of boil is that? Plz help
