Brown Spots on Penis Head

I am just wondering what I have is a STD or not.  I recently noticed some small brown spots (freckles-like) on my penis head.  They are not painful nor are they irritating me at all but I just feel weird that they have recently appeared on my penis head.  I am in my late thirties.  I am just curious about what they are or whether they are symptoms of an STD.  Thanks!

Why not just get it checked by a doc and find out?

They don't sound like an std, but you should always get strange symptoms checked.

I just had something pop up on the head of my penis.  What happened was that an Indian heritage girl played with my penis quickly, then sucked my penis literally a couple of sucks....that is it.  We were shut down before we could get into it because of privacy reasons.  Anyway, the same night, only a couple hours later, I noticed some freckle like spots on the head of my penis.  I never had an issue with anything, but this is quite visible and noticable only an hour later.  They really are a brownish color, and I have never seen this before.  Any comments or suggestions!?
