Bump on Butt?! Sorry for such a long question

I had this bump for about two months ago, and it still didnt go away yet? it is located on my right buttox, near the crack. It doesn't itch or hurt. It looks like its under the skin when i feel it, but when i push the skin back, I can feel it more and it looks pink/ red. But when i leave it alone the bump looks black/ dark brown. The bump is really small, and i never had anal sex before.
PS. Well i also had this red bump on the base of my penis(where the hair grows) which i thought was genital warts, but when i squeezed it clear liquid came out, but it didnt pop, then like in two weeks the redness went away and it bump turned sort of white, and after that i saw a single hair grow out of it(not over the bump,but the side of it) and it did itch alittle, then i went to the doctor specializing in STD's and he said that was an "infected hair focuille,"  but im still not sure because the bump did take like 4 months to be fully gone. So is it  a genital wart? An if it is then does that mean the bump on my butt is a wart? because i did remember me touching the bump on my penis then touching the my butt. Can anyone answer my two Questions?
