Bump on my inner thigh, EXTREMELY concearned

Earlier this week, i had intercourse. 2 days later, i noticed there was a single bump on my inner thigh, but i thought nothing of it. Now its been 3days with the bump and it has not gone away, they aren't red, there is no discharge from it, after showering and scrubbing.. it broke out into several smaller bumps as well. I'm not 100% sure whats going on. If it were an STD would there be bumps on the penis as well? I'm going to the clinic either tomorrow or monday but i was curious if anyone had answers here.
