Bump on my penis

I recently noticed I have a red bump on the bottom part of my penis. Its in the middle between the base and head of my penis. Its just a red bump that sometimes gets as big as a dime. Sometimes i can push on it and puss will come out of it then it will go away for a couple days. But then it will come back and happen again. But i think it may come back after shaving. But i just hope that is it. I have had unprotected sex but that was a long time before i had this one bump on my **** and it come back in the same spot. Does anyone know what it is?

...more like just a pimple but see your doctor for a Dx.
