Bump on my penis

hello. im 14 years old. and i sometimes get these bumps on my penis. they are kinda big. i am worried that they could be something. i have only had a few. but i only get one at a time. i think its like a pimple on my penis, but im not sure if thats possible. i normally pop them and then they go away. but another comes back in another place.  i have never had sex, so i dont think it could be STD. if someone can relate to this or knows wat it is please help. any advice would be helpful. thank you for reading

They could be pimples.  If you haven't had sex - even oral sex - you can't have an std.
