Bump with hair??

I recently noticed a little flesh colored bump on the top portion of my outer labia majora. It's not near any moist area, and the one thing that I haven't seen anyone else say is that there is actually a hair coming out of it- so I'm sure its not a wart. It is not red, not painful, has no puss or head, doesn't look like a pimple, it is not itchy and doesn't burn. Just a little spot of elevated skin. It's been there for over a month. Can this be a cyst? What type of doctor do I go to to have it checked out? I was thinking it could have been from an ingrown hair.. but there is a hair growing through so i doubt it. ... any advice or suggestions would be appreaciated.
