Bumps STD?

I'v had these little bumps on my penis and testicle for as long as i can remember they dont look like genital warts more like white heads but i'v never really had the courage to figure out what they are i have been to scared that its somethin bad

Well if you have had them since before you ever had sex then you can rule out a STD. If you have had them after you had sex then a STD is possible. But most bumps are not STD related.
But you need to see a Dr to get a diagnosis.

might be fordyce condition, i got the same and apparently its really common and its not harmful or anything. try google it
