Bumps Under Skin

I recently noticed clusters of tiny bumps under the skin on the shaft and near the base of my penis. I have tried to pop them and a stringy kind of pus comes out. I went to my doctor and was tested for several STD's as well as HIV and all of the tests came back negative. The bumps themselves are painless unless I mess with them but they are extremely unsightly and I would just like to know what these bumps might be and how to treat them as soon as possible. My doctor ultimately told me he didn't know what they were which left me quite concerned any help as to what these might be would be greatly appreciated.

A dermatologist for a 2nd opinion would be your next course of action.

not everything that goes on in the genital area is std related.
