Burning Mouth Herpes,Yeast or other?

I gave oral sex to a girl almost a year ago and small painless Fordyce like spots appeared on my cheek soon after. Rough spots on penis head 5 months later and itching around the rectum about a month after that. After testing of the mouth for herpes, hpv, bacterial infection (penis and buttocks visual exam only) everything came back negative. Now I’m having a very bad burning sensation in the mouth and in the rectum area. I was tested for herpes days after possible exposure and at the 5-month mark(oral swabs only). Should I be tested again? Never had an outbreak but I’m reading online most people never do. How can I be sure? Is a blood test a better indicator?

I had an oral yeast infection from the antibiotic my doctor gave me in the beginning but that cleared up almost a year ago. Could that be what is causing all this pain? Went into urgent care and got pills for a yeast infection but that was just a guess as to what this is. I’m just wondering if I should get more tests now that pain is so acute. Only real sign is a reddening of the mouth

Definitely not herpes.  If it feels the same as your oral yeast infection after antibiotics, that may be the explanation this time too.  Oral yeast infections are not limited to people with HIV or immune deficiency (I had it myself once).  Sometimes they are acquired by oral sex on partners with genital yeast infections, although that is unlikely for an exposure a year ago.

See a health care provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.  But I see no reason for herpes testing.

Thanks for the reassurance. I can’t get in to see my doctor for two weeks so this service is a lifesaver.

I was wondering what could have set off these Fordyce looking spots to begin with? I’m certain they weren’t there before being with this girl. And then there’s the roughness on the penis head which I’m assuming was caused by using saliva during masturbation. It sort of looks like HPV but my urologist didn’t think so. Biopsy is the only way to be certain but I’d really like to avoid that. Had a biopsy of the little spots in mouth but that came back negative. I’m told those are natural structure but that they’re irritated. What could still be irritating them 10-11 months later?  Could HPV be behind all this? Would that account for burning of the mouth and the rectum discomfort?  I just want to get out of this situation and I’m not really sure which way to turn. Thanks again for everything.

It's not HPV.  I already mentioned yeast, which might cause simultaneous oral and rectal symptoms.  Anything else I could say would be pure speculation and potentially misleading, so I won't go there.  If your discomfort is sufficient, I'm sure you can find an alternate provider if your own cannot see you for 2 weeks.

Thanks for the thanks, but there's not much more I can do; and probably nothing more you can learn online.  Seeing a provider is the next step.
