Burning and itching after fellatio

Hello,

A day after receiving unprotected fellatio from two different partners, I started feeling a mild itching sensation inside my penis (urethra). Without going to a doctor, I took 1500mg of Zithromax in a single dose on 8th and another 1500mg today.  

I had not experienced any pain during urination until today.
The itching is irritating but tolerable, however the burning while urinating is starting to worry me.

I tried touching the shaft to see if i could feel any bumps and there is a mild pain comparable to the pain you get if you were to touch a pimple.

I hope not, but my best guess is that its Trichomoniasis. I would like to get an idea of what this may be before seeing a doctor.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
