Burning around my anus....

I have just gotten out of the hospital about 3 days ago. I had my appendix removed, and learned that I have pelvic inflam. disease and chlymidia, which was the cause of my extreme pain.

Besides that, today I noticed that when I wipe my behind it kind of burns; not so much the hole itself, but the area around it, like a rash. I cannot take a good look because, as I said, I just had surgery, so my movements are limited. Im hoping it just needs a good washing....ha.

Let me know if you have questions....or any ideas because I am ashamed to tell my mom about it. We did just get out of the hospital..

I'm assuming you are on antibiotics. Most likely it's a yeast infection causing the itching but see your provider for a proper exam to be sure. You also might have hemorrhoids and the constipation you are currently having has made them flare up which could cause the bleeding when you wipe.

forgot to say that i bleed a bit almost everytime i wipe. jus a few dots some days, and others after i go to the restroom, enough to make me worried.

at the hospital my doctor told me that the amount of skin i have between my vagina and my anus is unusual. i plan to give her a visit soon.

hope this helps...
