Burning during urination after unprotected oral sex

I am a 29 yo male. A couple days ago I had protected sex for the 1st time with a woman I just started dating but she gave me unprotected oral sex. A day later I started to have a burning sensation when I urinated. No other symptoms of any kind. It's been 3 days now and I still have a burning sensation and have noticed the opening of my ureathra appears to be a little more red then usual. It's not painful to the touch or anything, just burns during urination, and seems to be the worst in the morning. The more I urinate during the day the less it seems to burn.
Any ideas on what this might be? Is it from having unprotected oral sex?

You are at risk of Gonnorhea and NGU.  NGU seems to be something that can tend to be common with oral sex, and can be caused by bacteria of the mouth.  You should definitely see a doctor and get a urinalysis and urethral swab test done to verify if there are any white blood cells present.  This will help determine if there is any infection present and you can be treated accordingly.  While you're there you might as well get a chlamydia and gonnorhea test done as well.  They are cheap and quick.  Let us know how it goes.

It could be STD, or else, just meet a doctor to take a proper visual exam. Althoug STD is unlikely, but there is still a chance. if you concern just go to the doctor that the only ticket to get peace of mind and cure, since burning during urination is not cool.

Good Luck...
