Burning/itching sensation

I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex with a friend's co-worker a little over a week ago. About 2 days after, my penis skin began to have a burning/itching sensation that seemed to be worse while seated. It felt like a razor burn on the bottom of my shaft near my hairline. No redness, no sores. It is relieved when I stand (maybe because the skin is not in close contact?).

Additionally, I had some discomfort at my urethral opening, but no pain while I peed or any discharge.

I purchased hydrocortisone 1% and applied it 2 days in a row to the shaft of my penis and the pain has decreased.

I have had similar symptoms in the past when I have used condoms that were bought by the girls I have had sex with. I saw a MD at at clinic for these incidences, and they have never found anything. All test came back negative.  These symptoms tend to go away after about 5 - 7 days. I know I'm not allergic to latex because I wear latex gloves everyday at work...

Could I have an allergy to spermicide that is used to lubricate the condoms?

Is it possible I may have contracted herpes? I don't have any sores. My lymph nodes aren't swollen.

I am really at a loss and would really appreciate any advice!!!

this doesn't sound like herpes. herpes pain is continuous and doesn't get better with a change in position.

yes you could be allergic to spermicides but once again, the pain would be continuous.

best you can do is be seen and get this looked at again.
