Burning penis and occassional itchy anus?

I'm a 27year old male. I had unprotected sex 4 months ago. I've been tested for HIV, herpes, chlamydia, gonorhrea, and syphillis- all negative. My doctor, as well as a urologist, have both said I am fine. The problem is that I still have burning at the tip of my urethra, it is also a little bit red, and it also itches. I don't have any discharge and it doens't hurt to pee. My anus also itches and I feel some burning as well. I've taken 3 different antibiotics, such as Inoflox and Zegen vial. I went back to the doctor just 2 days ago, I did an urinalysis, but there was no bacteria, and everything seems to be normal.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I had unprotected sex with a woman I met on a dating site. The very next day there was a strange scratchy, burning sensation on my penis. That was 6 months ago. I have been to two urologists, and my primary doctor several times. I was tested for every STD and all came back negative. And the test were done months later so if there were an anti-body to an STD, it would have showed up. There is no good test for Candida, so I got off all sugar, alcohol, carbs, anything that would feed yeast. I felt better, but it never went away. I also lost too much weight. So, every doctor says I look normal, but I can see tiny gray marks under my skin and very small bumps at the tip and around the rim of the penis. It also burns in my anal area. Sex is uncomfortable because of the scratchy, burning feeling. Very hard to even enjoy sex. And the doctors say I'm not contagious.....I'm I really??

Anybody have a good doctor that understands infectious issues like this??
Help!!!!....

I had kinda same problem. I had unprptected anal sex with a guy, where I was the insertive one. After couple of days I got an itchy rash on my penis. No doscharge. No specific sores. No pain. But some uneven red rashes and sometimes small blisters on my glans; sometimes they itch and mostly they do not. I took an HIV test but ot came back negative (although seroconversion doesn't occur that early, and I didn't have other symptoms as well). Now its been two months and the conditions have not improved AT ALL. I applied multiple creams, which didnt really work. The rash comes and goes every time. I suspect it is a case of balanitis or something related to yeast infection.
