Burning sensation in the vagina and buttocks area

Hi,

I'm a little worried.  For the past month I've been really irritable in my vagina and buttocks area.  I made a mistake and had scatched down there during one night and ever since I have been feeling a itchy and burning sensation.  I took Monastat 1 and   Diflucan but that didn't seem to work.  I'm still having discomfort.  I started to get dry and then it was tissue like discharge.  My menstrual cycle was very weird as well.

Currently my vagina has been feeling better but I'm still getting burning sensation around the buttocks area.  I have checked numerous of times for bumps or redness but I don't see anything.

Just a little background... What makes me really worried is I have been having sex with this guy for a couple of months now but before then I was absenence for a year.  Embarrassing to say, we had unprotected sex so it makes me think that I may have a STD.

Do you know what could be? What should I do?

I think you should see a Dr because this does not sound like STD related symptoms.
