Burning sensation right at the inside of the tip of my penis

Hi,

I'm 21 and two nights ago I engaged in unprotected sex with a 40 year old woman along with two of my close male friends. This was my first sexual experience. All three of us engaged in sex with her and none of us used protection. My friends have engaged in various sexual moments before and i was the only virgin.
8 hours after the incident I noticed a burning sensation right at the inside of the tip of my penis. (edge of the urinary opening). The sensation is mild yet continuos. It doesnt seem to go off.
My first guess was it might be a urine infection, yet considering the situation im very afraid that I might have been prone to a serious STD. In fact im uncertain about a Disease which does not show symptoms right away.

Please advice me on this.
Thanks

Well symptoms do not come on that quick for a STD, but you were sure at risk for them. I will give you testing times...oh and USE CONDOMS.

Gonorrhea and chlamydia-1 week
Syphilis-6 weeks
HIV and Herpes-3 months

and no she wasn't a prostitute. We had few drinks at her place and casually engaged.
