2 nights isn't enough time for Chlamydia or Gonorreaha to incubate and exhibit symptoms (about 7 to 10 day I'm pretty sure). It's highly unlikely that for a female, your urinary tract would be infected with STD unless penis secretions got in there.
More than likely some other cause - rogue bacteria, yeast or bladder infection. Go to the doc and have your urine checked - good to be sure for piece of mind.
