So for the past week, I've had burning while peeing. I've been on a terrible diet, I don't eat much, and at first i wasn't worried. Then i noticed what while flaccid I sometimes have white secretions, not the "yellowish" color that most resources say are associated with chlamydia, but there just the same. I've also noticed my urine is sometimes cloudy, and I've had to pee more often. These last two symptoms I'm not sure about, they might be in my head, but the pain and flaccid secretions are definitely real. The pain is not extreme, just mildly uncomfortable. I have a girlfriend who is clean (she got tested specifically because we were about to start having sex), and have not had unprotected sex with anyone else. I'm pretty worried, if anyone has any ideas let me know. I'm calling my doctor tomorrow, but just felt like I should gather any information I could.
