CAN GONORRHEA GO UNDETECTED?

My partner and I just started having sex in november and I started noticing signs of an STD(wierd discharge & itching) about a week or two after having unprotected sex. I got tested in december and the results came back that I had chlamydia. I got treated but my boyfriend did not, we had unprotected sex again and when I went back in for my recheck the results came back saying I now have chlamydia and gonorrhea. Is it at all possible that the gonorrhea went undetected the first time? or is the only way that I could have gotten this, if my boyfriend cheated on me? Does this make me more likely to have a STD that can not be treatable?
PLEASE HELP ME!!

Ok this is a difficult question because there are different factors. First your boyfriend needs to be tested and treated and both of you need treatement and while having this treatment need to not have sex.
It is possible the first time you were not tested for gonorrhea, or it was a false negative (very rare) or that you did not have it then. We really can't say if your boyfriend cheated and got gonorrhea and then passed it on to you.

Your STD's can be treated, but like I said both you and your boyfriend need to get tested and treated and abstain from sex while you are going through the treatment. I would also advise talking to your boyfriend about this.

I would also test for all STD's
