CONFUSED AND LOST

I am 35 year old male.Let me start from beginning.Back in May went to Clinic because of pain in my testicle. After speaking to doctor and telling him I had unprotected Anal sex with girl I started feeling pains. He tested me and said I must of got bacteria thru my eurethra.Tested for Chlam. & Gonorrrea and Strep throat and was cleared.I believed he said it was Urethritis. He gave me Zythromax and Cipro.Everything seemed to be fine after that.2 months later still having sex with same girl but with condom and also having Oral sex with her.Started to feel kind of the same pains so I went to diffrent  doctor because my left lymph node was kind of swollen and looked whitish in color. At the same time I have some pain in my testicle. It's weird because it seem like it started in my right side lymph node and testicle and it shifted to my left side.Doctor saw my throat and said I had infection she said laryngitis. So she gave me Amoxicillin 500mg  - 3 times a day for 10 days. I also took a urine test for Chlamydia and gonorrhea came back negative.I have just finished my medication. One day before I finished medication I masturbated and when ejaculating I had some weird feeling like it didn't come out as fast as usual and I got pain. Pain lasted for half a day or so.I took Advil for pain. So now my question is does it mean I still have something in my system because I still feel pain?? Do I need to go to doctor again? What will they do?? I need help very confused........One last thing when I go to bathroom to do number 2 I sometimes feel an like if there are small cuts on my anus because I get blood when I wipe an irritated feeling. And usually on when doing real soft poop. HELP!!!!!

Follow up with your Dr. Nothing you have said sounds STD related.
