I went and got a nude massage in Bangkok 2 days ago. The masseuse sat on my scrotum and shaft momentarily rubbing her vagina on them. I'm worried that I may have got exposed to some STDs or HIV.
I'm married and don't want to infect my wife because of my actions. Really worried. I don't have any symptoms at the moment

herpes-3 months, syphilis-6 weeks, no test in men for HPV-diagnosed by visual exam.

Very very low risk, basically for herpes, HPV and syphilis. But I see no reason to be concerned.
