Called In To Get Test Results??

okay so i went in for an std test a few weeks ago and everything came back negative, and showed i just had folliculitis, but when i went in for a refill on my antibiotics i saw a different doctor and she decided to give me another test, now they want me to come into the office to get my results, does that mean that i do have an std??
