Can I get oral sores from receiving oral sex?

Hi! 2 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex with another male (I was the penetrating partner, i.e., he introduced my penis in his mouth) it was just like for a couple of minutes but I did not ejaculate. A couple of days after that I started having an itchy sensation in my whole body (I guess it could be due to my anxiety, I don't know), but now it stopped. Like 3 days ago I discovered a mouth sore in the inner side of my mouth. Despite the fact that I did not introduced his penis neither other part of his body in my mouth, could this be a symptom of an STD? Thanks!!

(BTW: I was scared it could be herpes or something but I do not have any blisters nor stuff like that in any part of my genitals or body)
