Can I still be infected after treatment for gonorrhea

Hello.  I had Gonorrhea a few years ago and was treated.  I took the medication and I never had any symptoms again.  I was tested again for STD's a year ago and everything came back negative.  I just had sexual intercourse for the first time back in december with my soon to be fiance and a week or two later she didn't feel good.  She went to the doctor and they found she had a yeast infection, but she still doesn't feel good (pain in lower adominal area, negative for pregnancy).  Could I still have gonorrhea without any symptoms and could be causing this?  I'm kind of stressing over this and any info would help. Thank you.

No you would not have gonorrhea still. Since your symptoms stopped that means the infection was treated properly. If it was not treated properly symptoms would have come back. And no one has gonorrhea for more then about 1 yr and not know it.
