Can STD reappear after 7 months protected sex

Hi Doc,
I am facing swollen meatus with irritation feeling while peeing which does not go away since 7 months. Other symptoms are headache, constipation and pain in my balls while biking. I was already tested positive years ago for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Syphilis which have all been treated.
However, I have had unprotected sex 7 months ago and since then I have all the symptoms mentioned above. First STD detected was Chlamydia in August 2013, I have taken the treatment and tested negative afterward. I kept facing chronicle urethritis. In February 2014, I have been tested positive with Gonorrhea although not having sex since October 2013. Again have been prescribed to take antibiotics. Last one to be detected is the Genitallium Mycoplasma last week also appearing after not having sex. My question, how come those STD's can appear without having sex. Can STD reappear after receiving treatment. I have been to a Urologist, Tropical Medical Institute who cannot answer those questions as I presume they never did encounter one case like mine.
You will find below the list of antibiotics that I have taken:
Doxycycline
Cefotaxime IM
Rocephine IM
Benzathinebenzylpenicilline
Prednisone
Azithromycin Apotex
Fasigyn
Are chronicle urethritis the consequence of this treatment. Also appreciate if you have had patients being tested positive to STD's after taking medication and not having sex.
Appreciate your advices.

Thank you Vance2335. I have an appointment in two weeks to do a check-up after the treatment for the Genitalium Mycoplasma. My fear is that I did hear a lot going on about Gonorrhea which cannot be treated and also my doctor told me that is quite hard to detect the bacteria Genitalium Mycoplasma. That is why I have asked those questions.
I am normally against antibiotics which weaken your immune system so trust me I am not trying there to get some other medications :)).
I just want to know if symptoms such as migraines, swollen meatus, constipation can last even after the treatment.

STD's can't appear without sex, they can not show symptoms for several months.
Overall I am not going to be able to help you much as a Dr is going to be your best resource at this point.
