Can a faithful couple get Chlamydia trick

My man and I have been together for seven years with no health problems but today he found out he has NGU. I read a
few web sites this morning then I went to the STD Clinic they told me I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING! So I want to know can a health women and man somehow just give each other NGU? The infection or bacteria that causes NGU comes from somewhere but I don't have a infection but I was tested for chlamydia. If we both don't have chlamydia how did he get it? I haven't ever cheated and he clams the same so is it possible to get NGU from your only parnter if they don't have it?

I'M IN THE SAME SITUATION WITH MY SPOUSE. I KNOW I HAVEN'T BEEN UNFAITHFUL HE CLAIMS HE WASN'T. NOW HOW DID HE GET THE DISEASE IF NEITHER WERE UNFAITHFUL? I'M STILL WAITING ON THAT ANSWER.

Yes it is very possible. NGU is bascially non descript bacteria which is often found in the mouth. So if you have given him oral sex then he can develop NGU for no reason other then some bacteria in your mouth that might be new due to a cold or anything like that made it into his urthera and caused the infection.
