Can a single wart mean STD?

by Powerline, Oct 15, 2008 05:32PM
About 1 month ago my girlfriend had a wart treated on her hand (Top of hand by thumb) it hadnt fully gone away and we had contact... (Hand on Genitals) about 1 week ago I noticed an irritation on my lower "Shaft" of my penis. No other warts have shown up and im pretty positive my girlfriend is clean (99%). It isn't ozzing or red and itchy, it only hurts when i put pressure on it or touch it. Im concerned on whether this is just a wart that will go away in a few months or possibly something else. If this is a wart and it is affecting my (Sex Life) how long in this case will it take to naturally go away and what method would best be used to get rid of it? Thanks in advance!

Hand warts are not the same strain that cause genital warts. You may need to get this irritation examined by your Doctor. Take care.
